Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your reservation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking.
Guests accept and are held fully responsible for their visitors or children when staying at or visiting ilanga and it’s surrounds.
Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction from ilanga with no refund, or cancellation of your booking
RESPONSIBLE RENTER
The responsible renter must be at least 30 years of age. Guests under 30 are of course welcome but must be accompanied by someone over the age of 30 who must reside at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
ONLY BOOKED GUESTS MAY BE PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY BETWEEN 10PM and 8AM .
We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property and only booked guests are permitted to be on the property overnight. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found on the property outside the above times
Day visitors are welcome between 8AM and 10PM but the maximum total number of people allowed on the property at any one time is 10.
If you are planning on having more than 10 people at ilanga at any time, please contact Pam or Jess at reception to discuss
PETS, SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, BUCKS, HENS, PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS, SCHOOLIES/TEENAGERS PARTIES, EXCESS OF GUESTS, POOR BEHAVIOUR, OR NOISE AFTER 10PM IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Please note that no charge will be made to your credit card when you submit your booking request. Credit card information is only required for identification purposes in order to secure your booking. Charges to your credit card will only occur after final confirmation of your booking by one of the team at Cote D'Azur and/or at check in.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Whilst your dates are reserved immediately, your booking is not considered to be a confirmed booking until you have been contacted by one of the team at Cote D'Azur. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, please email bookings@ilanga.com.au or call us on 0412 435 763
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is from 3.00pm. Check out is 10.00am.
Depending on availability on the day of your arrival or departure, we may be able to offer earlier check in times or later check out times. Please contact us closer to your date of arrival about this possibility
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED
The ultra comfortable sealy posturepedic beds are made up with quality linen for 6 people. Doonas , blankets and pillows are also supplied. Please note that although ilanga is not a serviced apartment in that daily cleaning is not provided by default, we do offer an optional daily servicing at an extra cost of $50 per day. This is available as an option at time of booking.
ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS
All advertised tariffs are for bookings with up to 6 guests. There are 2 roll-away beds that can be used upon application to accommodate 2 additional guests. This is most suited for children or young adults. There is a surcharge to the tariff of $100 for an extra adult, $75 for an extra child 16 years old and under. Total maximum guests is 8. Total maximum people on the property, including visitors, is 10
BEDDING CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
option 1 : 1 King in bedroom 1, 1 Queen in bedroom 2 and 2 long singles in bedroom 3
option 2 : 1 King in bedroom 1, 1 Queen in bedroom 2 and 1 King in bedroom 3

BBQ
You may use the BBQ on the condition that you leave it as clean as you found it. If you do not clean the BBQ after use, you may be charged a $50 cleaning fee after your departure

BOND
Upon check-in at ilanga, you will be advised that your credit card will be used to hold a $1500 security bond. The purpose of the bond is to cover us for any damage you or your visitors make to Ilanga property during your stay.
Ilanga has been furnished and equipped with costly materials and products. You become responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check-in to the date and time you check-out. Any damaged items at Ilanga will be charged at the full advertised replacement cost and product brand. Cleaning charges as a result of stains from spills that can be professionally removed will be charged for at cost.
Our cleaning staff carry out a thorough check of Ilanga after the departure of each guest and all damage is noted. However, it is important that you do a check yourself and notify us of any damage that you find in the apartment when you check in.
We strongly encourage you to immediately report any damage that occurs during your stay.
CLEANING
ilanga must be left in the same condition as it was found on your arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply in certain circumstances e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned.
LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS AND SECURITY FOBS
Lost keys will incur a $25 replacement charge to your card Lost security fobs will result in a $75 replacement charge to your card
COTE D'AZUR COMPLEX FACILITIES
As a guest of ilanga, you are entitled to use all of the facilities provided by the Cote D'Azur complex including the heated pool, gym and sauna.You are required to abide by all the Cote D'Azur terms of use of these facilities.
INDEMNITY
Guests and their visitors actions, conduct and safety are the responsibility of the Guests. Ilanga does not condone: unsafe, irresponsible or illegal actions/behaviour etc. on or off the premises, during a stay or at any other time. A condition of entering and/or staying at Ilanga is that all Guests understand and agree to indemnify the agent and owners from any responsibility or action(s), legal or other, due to any action(s), incident(s), loss or injury(s) of any guest or visitor while within or outside of the premises including, but not limited to, the grounds, facilities, structures, etc. during a stay or at any other time.
PAYMENT POLICY
No charge will be made to your credit card directly from this booking site.Charges will only be made once the booking has been confirmed by the team at Cote D'Azur.Until such time as a deposit has been processed or you have had final confirmation from Cote D'Azur, your booking is reserved but not confirmed.Except as stated below, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival date.If the arrival date is within 14 days of booking, the entire amount is payable at the time of booking.For bookings outside of public holidays, long weekends and school holidays, no deposit is payable but payment in full is required 14 days from the scheduled arrival date.Payments can be made by direct deposit, eftpos, Master Card or Visa. All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation that is made as a result of a government travel restriction is free of any penalty and you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.For a cancellation for any other reason that is within 14 days of the booking arrival date, all amounts paid become non-refundable unless we are able to replace the cancelled booking. In this case, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to cover administration costsChange of dates are allowed without penalty on condition that the new booking is for at least as many nights and at the same nightly rate and that such changes are made more than 14 days before the original scheduled check in datePlease contact us to clarify this if you are unsure
